Huge hotel with excellent pools, but some areas felt understaffed during peak times.

Regnum Carya offers stunning gardens and an engaging entertainment program. The food exceeded expectations with its quality and variety. However, the high demand for a la carte reservations created some frustration during peak hours.

Spacious and clean accommodations.

During our stay, we faced significant challenges with the reception staff. A particular employee was rude and unhelpful, causing a lot of stress over our reservation. Additionally, we ended up missing dinner reservations due to poor communication from the guest services, forcing us to dine outside the resort.

Spacious room, excellent amenities, including access to numerous pools and comfortable sun loungers by the private beach, made our stay incredibly relaxing, while the friendly staff quickly attended to our needs enhancing the overall experience.

Super fun family stay!

The photos by Makro were top-notch, really captured family moments like no phone could. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too, perfect for sunset meals! Just a heads up, our check-in was super delayed. we had to wait ages for our third room while juggling kids. Not cool.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

This place is a hidden jewel! With its lush green walkways that shield you from the sun, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that offer stunning views, and food that surpasses typical all-inclusive options, it’s hard not to fall in love. The adult-only pool and vibrant evening entertainment add a special touch for couples!

Room cleanliness upon check-in could be improved!!! Reservations for a la carte dining were a hassle, and the entertainment seemed more family-oriented with minimal adult-specific activities!!! Maybe a better management approach to issues would enhance the experience.

The elegant design and spacious common areas made it easy for me to navigate around, especially the luxurious lounges and beautiful gardens, which provided a perfect setting for relaxation and social gatherings.

More activities suitable for seniors would be appreciated.

We had an amazing time here! The spa treatments were top-notch, especially the sculpting massage—it was simply the best! The buffet dining was also impressive, with a huge variety of delicious options. Lastly, we enjoyed the kids club, which offered fantastic activities!

The fresh cheese bread was a game-changer, a must-try while lounging at the beach. The Italian restaurant was another highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. Plus, the Japanese spot served sushi that made my heart sing!

While the culinary journey was great, the horde of kids at dinner was a bit much, making it hard to chill out. We also missed out on turndown service on some nights, which left us feeling a tad unattended.

The hotel features beautifully decorated Jade Rooms that are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax during the stay. Dining experiences are standout, with freshly caught fish options that delight the palate. Unfortunately, the initial room assignment was poorly managed, taking far too long to resolve, and there were discrepancies with the promised amenities, leading to frustration. Additionally, staff communication was not always clear, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
